Releia
Releia is an app for sharing your heartbeat with someone you care about, no matter how far apart you are.
I built Releia for my girlfriend, Faith, as a Christmas gift. Something small to help us feel closer while we’re long distance. Merry Christmas, Faith!
How does it work? Just wear your watch, pair, and share your heartbeat with your person. Your watch will vibrate in sync with your partner's heartbeat, or just display it silently.
Releia is available for iPhone with companion apps for Apple Watch and Garmin watches. The following watches are currently supported:

Garmin Forerunner 55
The app is built with privacy as a priority. Only the minimum data needed to make the service work is used. Your personal data is never sold.
Hence the name, Re-lei-a, from "Relay". Releia does not store your heartbeat data, it is only relayed to your person of choice.
